I will be coming to Phoenix for a 2 day Bondurant driving school. Leaving Las Vegas on the 23or24 coming in on Hwy 93/60 and was wandering where you are located. I am staying at the school but may stop buy and check your construction progress if it OK?

a quick update. a hold up for a couple of days and they have to figure out exactly where the threaded rods (30") long go in the footers and stem wall. for some reason the guy who drew the plans didnt dimension them and he is MIA.

today there was a crew of ten concrete guys. they changed from a separate footer, stem and floor pour to a monolithic pour. the plumber was there to lay out the underground plumbing.

it will be dug and plumbed in the next 2 days and then once they have that done and they have the dimensions for the sill bolts/rods, they will do the pour. gee, maybe this week who knows.

i attached a few pictures that gave a little better perspective on the dimensions. had darlene stand in the back corner with her arms outstretched.

i dont know. it is just part of the overall bid. it is ALOT though.

August 14, plumbing

this morning they did the rough plumbing. i had a couple of extra stubouts done just in case of wanting to add anything later.

4x3 shower
toilet
urinal
sink
utility sink

plus places for other things when i add them.

exciting to see progress. the mud is just drying up now from the big rain we had. (big for us anyway)
