Spetember 22-26, 2004 is the next Newell sponsored rally in Boothbay, Maine. Registration is now open for this rally which includes a tour of the Boothbay Railway Museum, a cocktail party and Maine lobster bake; a trip to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens with a private catered lunch; and a chartered boat cruise along the coast of Maine.

Due to the cost of fuel I thought I would make an offer to be the official NewellGurus rep at the rally. I would gladly take donations to offset the fuel and cost of attendance.

when i retired, i fully understood the phrase "work is a real nuisance" i retired the month our youngest graduated from college and she was off the payroll.
i dont know how i had time to work given all the things i have to do.

Tom, I agree. I retired in 96 and have been busy every since. The wonderful thing is that I do not have to do it by the clock. If I can't get it done today it can wait. Good feeling. Enjoy you retirement that is what it is all about.

Boothbay is already in the high 30's to low 40's at night and barely hitting 70 during the day. Way too cold for this GURU. Take a coat with you as there may be some snow soon......lol
