"Is a DynoMax chassis good?
Dynomax: A proprietary chassis of Country Coach began in 1998 after Gillig left the RV market. Semi-monocoque, all-welded all-steel construction, including suspension mounting and adjustment, all IFS. A premium chassis with excellent ride & handling."
Thank you Jon! Don't have a lot of time behind the wheel to give an honest review of the handling. I am sure the non tag is going to be different....we are doing a short trip this week to check things out with the coach and will report back. I can say this, negotiating turns in an empty parking lot full of islands was a breeze. Turns that would have been a two point turn in the Newell was a good three feet of clearance to the rear wheels in making the turn. Speaking or turns this coach has a 33' curb to curb U-turn distance. Not that I will be doing parking lots for normal operation but nice to know the capabilities if needed. My Wife is not intimidated like she was with the big bus. Now from a technical inspection of the Dynamax I have looked things over pretty good. I am impressed with how things are put together. Parts are available and appear to be off the shelf stuff.

33' turning radius is excellent. More in lines with a pickup truck. I totally get the whole move to this size. I myself get anxiety when going through smaller cities and congested areas. More so with towing. Thinking of not towing at our next long distance event and renting a car. Anxiety levels increase as I age.... I am alone as Marie isn't too well versed in these things.

Simon,
I wrote 33' but looking back it doesn't sound right I am looking for the numbers I found and will correct my comment.

Great deal Steve. Having the bride able to drive is a great option as long as she doesn't scare you.
When we eventually downsize we will look at the class B's. Natalie likes them and by then our big touring days will probably be over. I expect we'll use it to travel much shorter distances and keep nearer to home.
