I'm certain someone here will chime in, slides seem to be one of the biggest issues with this coaches at least the older ones. What year is your coach? the later models have a improved version.

You will find that along with chasing air leaks, repairing slides is a very popular pastime of Gurus. Head Master Guru Tom McCloud (encantotom) has gone so far as to build a rolling , hydraulic adjustable rack to handle the removal of slide "boxes" from coaches. Doing a search on this site will turn up lots of slide removal/repair information , along with photos. Good luck.
