To add to Richard's post, the hopper is bolted or screwed (not sure which you have) and most generally they are really corroded. It's a good bet the leak is where the hopper is attached. Those fasteners can be a little difficult to remove without damage and damage is not what you want so be careful. When I had the same problem, the fasteners went back as stainless and the holes were drilled out to accept 10-32 pan head machine screws. I can't remember if the holes were drilled & tapped or nuts were used. Either way works. The gasket was a good grade of silicone on a super clean surface. It's not a pleasant job but the reward is very satisfying!!
