Nice looking rig! It says: no leveling jacks and no awnings. Is that true???

Mark,
A very few Newells were ever built with leveling jacks. By the 2000 model all leveling is done by air springs. A quick look at the ad photo shows a Zip Dee window awning and a Girard automatic awning.
