Thanks for the advice Jack (and others!) I will bypass the water separator tomorrow and see what happens!
Thanks for the video Steve - I have a leak detector and will track down any other leaks - the coach is mostly leak free and holds air for several days except for this new one.

Your very welcome! I was blessed and fortunate to have a couple gurus visit me while in Florida and do a quick look around the coach, my mind was absorbing every bit of information I heard from them and that water separator was one of the things that everyone has problems with down the road. The other item in the back that I'm currently changing out is the plastic coolant recovery tank to stainless steel, the are prone to failure also.
