Cleaning window tracks
#1

Has anyone figured out a way to clean the sliding window tracks?
I would like to clean them, mostly dust, then spray with a dry silicone.
Think that'll make them easier to slide?

I ues small portable home depot shop vac and narrow tip and clean all the dust and other stuff fast !

I love that vac so much , I even used it right after I wash my coach, just like the pro guys use. Problem with our coaches is that the big wide fibreglass molding ( alomg the side of the coach ) trops lot of water and later just runs and lives water runs marks.
So what I do is I blow all the water from under with my potable blower and later I use micro rags or sponge to capture all.
Works like champ and takes no time to do it!

I used WD 40 on the window tracks since that is all I had at the time , need to pick up some dry lubricant for it.
