I notice on the Wanderlodge Forum that John Carrillo has posted that he will be at the FMCA Convention in Indianapolis, IN 8/25-8/30. He is a former employee of Aqua-Hot Heating Systems where he spent over 9 years as a Tech Advisor/Service Tech and he is certified and trained in both AquaHot and HydraHot systems with 13 years of experience. If you are going to the convention and need your system worked on you can contact him:
[email protected] or by calling (970)518-3085 or by snail mail at John Carrillo Hydronic Heating Specialist, 9143 Harlequin Cir., Frederick, CO 80504.

I just had Lloyd DeGerald (
www.http://lloyddegerald.com) look at my Aquahot. He found and fixed several problems that have gone undetected during my previous annual maintenance services. (including two diesel fuel leaks!).
He is a factory authorized Aquahot tech based in Little Rock, AR but travels extensively. He was recommended by Roger Burke and I found him to be totally professional and a wealth of Aquahot knowledge. He also maintains a large inventory of Aquahot parts. Highly recommended!

Both John and Lloyd provided excellent Aqua Hot service. I recently referred a person on another forum with whom I was emailing back and forth to John who fixed the heater. Much money and time at the coach factory failed to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it. John found the problem straight away.
Roger Berke is another Aqua Hot service tech that is top notch. Plus Roger is the owner of the Aqua Hot forum. He has been most generous in providing help to numerous owners and he is THE source of Aqua Hot parts at a modest discount normally with no shipping or sales tax.
