Welcome! Very nice coach - you can check the posts and search for 1998 to see what issues we have come across (there's always issues with any coach, trust me).
I highly recommend a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (4-door) as a toad (convertible, 4x4, rides great)... Did I tell you today how much I love my Jeep (and my Newell)?
I would recommend the name 'Irish Rose' since it's green and has a big 'R' on the side (for Rose I presume)...

You are among brothers of a different mother. You are well equipped for the "Warranty by Me" program. Many of us share a similar background of DIY. We bought Newells after owning other brands when we saw the simplicity and the quality of the construction. There is very little that can't be fixed.
