The outside display is on a door switch and is only active when the door is open. I have had the same discussion with them on several items and this come up. Unless you are leaving the bay doer open for days on end it is not the cause. I also have learned that after replacement the tanks need to be empty and then the Tm102 module base to unplugged Nd re powered for the sensors to be reset.
