I have had a problem or two that I was succesful in resolving thanks to the help of numerous wonderful folks that were willing to take the time to post their troubleshooting skills on various websites. The learning process is never ending.

Thank you Mike. I have little information on #405 other than knowing the VIN, the length and that it was the 5th Newell built in the 1996 model year. Photos would be terrific!!
