Good eye Andrew. I saw the term "split bath" and missed that it is a bath & 1/2. Correction made.

I talked to the original owner of this coach when he had it for sale a few years back. I really liked it because of the bath & half.
The party that has it for sale now purchased it directly from the original owner. It is a really nice coach.
