Has anyone found a better radiator for our series 60's than Atlas?
It seems to have some inherent problems and not built as well as we would expect.
Surely a custom radiator shop could build a better one if we could find the specs.

Forest,
There are others. I have the name of one in Missouri at home, but currently on the road. If you need the info I can send it to you later.

Really hoping I don't need it. But I do have some of the fins coming detached so I will have to replace it sometime hopefully in the distant future. It would be nice to have alternatives for when the day arrives.
Enjoy your travels.

When I get home I'll email you their web site. I think they cover 4 states and do HD radiators & coolers.

i think the problem with having one made that is not from atlas is the mounting. atlas has the exact drawings and specs.
maybe if you took your old one someone could refab it. but it appears that most have the end tanks on like atlas does.
atlas wanted about 3k for a new rad and cac plus shipping.
i am glad i have mine not leaking now. we will put it back together thursday morning.
it only dropped from 16psi to 14 in 48 hours.
if i was going to have to replace them, i likely would just get them both new from atlas.

I agree with Tom. I have replace both RAD and CAC and used Atlas and everything fit with no problems. For me they were first class all the way from product to shipping and everything in between. They do make good products
