2005 #717 Front entry, 4 slides, Detroit Series 60, Allsion 6sp, 126k miles, 1965 hours on genny, both oils changed every season.

The aquahot went out during covid so I installed a 10g electric Bosch until I got to Miami, then Newell installed a brand new Oasis Chinook hydronic heating system. NO MORE AQUA HOT ISSUES! The Oasis is similar in specs but has two 120v heating elements instead of the 240v. And, you can service anything by removing the front panel. Remote panel in the closet. I left the 10g electric in front of the Oasis so now you have 10g piping hot water then hydronic - see last pic. Full redundancy!
Full communications system consisting of: Pepwave router with 2 sim slots (cellular, wifi, starlink ready), roof mounted omni antenna, 2-internal AP mini repeaters front/rear, Starlink cable routed to front extending bay.
Receipts for last 15+ years, almost all service done by Newell in Miami or Indio, except during covid lockdown. Paint is in excellent condition and beautiful colors, we get compliments all the time. Waxed twice per year, washed a bunch.
