Diesel Aquahot
#1

I’ve read some other post on this but haven’t found one with my same symptoms.
My diesel will fire and build up to 185 and shutoff. Once temp gets down to 160 it will never kick back on. If you turn the aqua hot button on and off it will start back up and build to shutoff them. When it gets to 160 the control board shows the diesel burner is on.
So far I’ve replaced the control thermostat and diesel burner control and still having the same issue. Any suggestions on what to look at next? Thanks

Hi Guys...old thread, I know...but wondering what the fix is for this issue. Our's just started doing the same thing this trip.

It was fully serviced and working fine in April, and now it's September.

It seems to be ONLY the Diesel side; the Electric seems to cycle just fine. And yes, turning the Diesel off for a few minutes, then on will resurrect it for the next cycle or two. Doesn't seem to happen immediately though; seems to hold for a while, then give out.

I won't be able to make any repairs on the road; may have to wait for few weeks.

Well Steve, till you can be at the heater with VOM meter in hand, I can not help till then. When you are ready call me, 8 to 8 central time.

Thanks Rudy!  If I can take the time, I'll try.

Steve mine just started doing that same thing this trip too… what’s in the air???
I can go out and wiggle the 2 plugs on the burner control and will usually fire. I was on some pretty rough roads so wondering if it’s wiggling the plugs.
