It's time to put new shoes on the coach before sailing for Spearfish. I don't have the option of upgrading to the 315 wide tire so I am going with the one option I know of to get a bigger load margin on the front. That is the Michelin XZU3. 305/75 24.5 LRJ tire. My local tire guy says these are difficult to obtain and will have to ship then from "out west". Two questions for you. Are there 24.5 alternatives that you know of with load range J? And if you have used this tire did you have similar sourcing issues?

I never found the load range j 24.5 tires. So I went back with the standard.

I put Michelin XZE2 on all eight and I used the Michelin advantage program through FMCA. The program reduced the price 117 per tire. The dealer gave me fifty bucks a tire for the old one. That may be a little low but they were 7 yrs old. Total bill out the door was 5088. Thought I would pass on the info.
