Fantastic Fan did have great customer and warranty service. Until they were bought by Dometic. There was a period where they did honor the lifetime warranty then they did not. Hopefully they will continue to honor the original warranty now.

From the Amazon reviews, it seems as if their customer service is not really there. Could be like any other business these days all affected by Covid and the new changes we will have to live with. You simply cannot reach anyone by phone anymore.
