Installing trailer brake controller on our 86 , need to run brake power wire to the back . Thinking there may be an existing wire someplace that I can use in lieu of running a new wire . On the rear panel the # 3 terminal ( green wire with black tracer ) is listed as " spare " .
Wondering if perhaps this wire goes forward ?
Thanks ,
Chris

On my 86 it works that way, you'll need to find the green/black wire on the front panel to make sure that it hasn't been robbed already.

On both my 77 and 93 coaches there were several wires in the bundles going from front to rear that were not connected to anything, just hanging out. A couple times on the 77 I just chose a color on one end and then searched to find it on the other.

For what it's worth, i have been very happy with the Tekonsha wireless system. No problem wth 50 ft broadcast length.
