We have agreed on the land and have the preliminary drawing for the site. We are now in the process of getting the zoning completed. Once that is done and permits are approved we will close and begin construction.hoping for an opening in March.

Marc - where?
All I know is since we started RVing ten years ago, it’s become increasingly difficult to find vacancy at decent places without lots of notice. We used to just show up or call on our way and always got spots. Of course that was during a different economy and the RV industry has boomed since then.
