Clicks up and down. When I momentarily flipped it this AM I noticed the house lights dimmed slightly.

Sounds like your chassis batteries are pulling down your coach batteries when the merge switch is turned on which I would expect if the chassis batteries have not been kept charged. Leave it turned on and see if your chassis batteries start to recharge. It will likely take several hours with the battery banks merged.
