Unfortunately it will dry out --- some Fu Fu will be sprayed in it.. and it will turn into a cream puff.. then some unsuspecting folkes will buy it and Then fix it right... Thats why one really needs to lookem over...

Soo agreed, I'm sure insurance will write the guy a check..the scary part is will it be fixed right.. But even in great shape since it only has one bath and hydraulic slides not electric.. I'm thinking 180
