Just a follow up. Replaced the one suction filter manifold with the brand new one and then I was really glad that I also ordered a spare gasket and filter element as well to have a spare as the one up above was just barely leaking as well. Super easy to replace the filter and gasket. Put it all back together and I still had the sound even though those items were not leaking. Low and behold the pressure regulator down below also was leaking so a quick trip to Grainger and all is well with the world...for now.
