Homemade Leak Detector Soap
#1

I was not having any luck with the kids soap bubble solution.  Edited; (Tom, back in 2017), mentioned there is glycerin mixed in to make the bubbles.  A quick Giggle search came up with a recipe that works.  I used 1/4 cup of Dawn, 1/4 cup glycerin and qt of water. The glycerin gives the soap some hang time allowing the tiny leaks to show up.  If you can get to your suspect area i.e. entire hose I use a sponge to wipe down the area with the solution.
