this coach has the raised slide floor in the rear lounge/bedroom area. mine had a couch back there as well but was a flat floor slide like the front one.

The raised floor side is noticeably less expensive to purchase as the mechanism is less complex. It seems that a number of years ago I saw a price list that showed about a $20-30,000 premium for the flat floor model over the raised floor model.

It is my understanding that the slide seal for the raised floor type slide can be changed without removing the slide. Unfortunately, that is not true of the flat slide type. Russ
