I had trouble getting the new ones installed. When I asked the folks in Miami about it...they said that they had a specialized tool to get a grip on the lights. (For those that have not removed one, they are mounted with a bayonet type mount. A quarter turn counter-clockwise and then they pop out).
The "tool" is simply a short length of PVC pipe with screws from the inside to the outside. The inside diameter of the pipe matches the outside diameter of the bulb. The heads of the screws grip the indents in the bulb so that you can get some torque on the bulb to re-install. You will have it properly installed when the LEDs are horizontal.

Tom, Thanks for great contact with light, they came in today , super clear , love it and I had problem removing 2-3 of them , just used big vice gripps with rubber cloth under and they turned loose.
Put the new ones and just test them at night , what difernce makes flat old lenses and new clear ones 1
