I was at Newell in Nov and met a guy who had just purchased coach #699.  He was having the same problem as Ron.  Newell was not offering much help as they said they have seen this problem on a few coaches, but didn't know the cause.  The owner had tried insulating the lines and compartment, but was still having the problem.  

I would first look at my air system to make sure it is moisture free.  I would also replace the air dryer with a better model.  Fortunately I have never had the problem.
