Jim, I don't know anyone who is running 12R24.5 tires. Looking at the spec sheets it looks like the 12R24.5 are about 2.2" larger in diameter and 0.9" larger static radius so if would see that the potential for rubbing is there.

Were it me, I would try to get the 305/75 on order and just drive a little slower for the next couple of months. I ran mine on the 11R24.5 H front tires for the first year until I became aware of the 305/75.

I think you are right, might be okay on a good road, with no bumps. Doing more research, find the 12r's are on/off road tires so ride is probably not the best anyway. Will try to order the 305's.

Got them today, seem to ride a little rougher, but worth it for the piece of mind.

remember to look at the weight of you front and look on the tire inflation chart to see what tire pressure you can run on the different sized tires. bigger tires you can run lower tire pressure

Running  115, think this is 15500 give or take, rather be a little over than under.

Correct. Based on Michelin's Inflation Guide http://www.rvtirepressure.com/assets/ima...lation.pdf and http://www.michelintruck.com/assets/pdf/...pt2011.pdf , 115 is as low as you can go and still have over 15,600 on the front axle. I run 120 in mine since I prefer the extra safety margin. It does ride a little stiffer but to me, it is worth it.
