CAT C15 Drain Valve

I do not think your numbers as they relate to the ACERT engines are correct.
I have coach 1223 and it is an MXS version of the ACERT engine.

I have gone back through my database. Newell is not showing on their Build Sheets or Floorplans which Cat engines are ACERT and which are not.

I would appreciate any owners of owners of 2006 or 2007 Newells with the CAT C-15 that have the ACERT engine to let me know, either on this thread or by PM, whichever you prefer. I have now established that #1202, a 2007, had the ACERT engine. #815, a 2007 had a pre-ACERT engine according to an owner but #801 supposedly had an ACERT engine. With more data from our members, I can zero in on the correct coach numbers for ACERT engines as it appears they extend back into at least the mid 2007 models.

Hi Guys 2007 #1218 fitted with a C15 ACERT engine, MXS, the engine data tag states the engine was built 2006, a C-15 is before that they are not the same model engine.
