Nothing is perfect; but Newell is still around making coaches...BB and many others are G O N E.
A large % of the engineering makes sense and the folks here on the forum know the majority of the gaps. I too minimize my calls to Newell as I want them to maintain the support line for all coach owners. Name another vehicle mfg. that does that? Our coach is 20 model years old and still supported...WoW!

The Gurus are AWESOME and the folks in Miami are AWESOME...
Sure it is a 'cult' like brand affinity...but based on reality and years of ownership experience.
Prevost makes a great shell and there are some good converters...BB made a good shell...
