Richard thanks for the post, just what i needed. Richard do you have a way to test for leaks without reataching?

You can use a portable hyd pump. You may have to cobble some adaptor fittings. https://www.harborfreight.com/4-ton-portable-hydraulic-equipment-kit-58204.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=12192885310&campaignid=12192885310&utm_content=161913026826&adsetid=161913026826&product=58204&store=&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAADAHb4dQSCEk28tzfyY2njGu2hAio&gclid=CjwKCAjw4_K0BhBsEiwAfVVZ_1jCLM48w2v08cgdKtuQc294X1VKu73DHO1_R6yvPPGhUU9VS9FsxBoCIH8QAvD_BwE

The pins on mine were not scored so I didn’t bother. Of course, I activated the room a few times before I put all the covers and valence back in place.

Or bedroom slide has them but they don't work, someone prior to our ownership has taken them out of the circuit and I have not investigated what they did but the slide goes in and out.

I have all the orings that you can replace in the lock pin. Let me know and I can send you some. Rebuilt all of mine last year. Lattitide28 has a great write up on it as Richard explained. Pretty easy job. Make sure you buy the long snap ring pliers/ The hardest part of the job is getting the snap ring off inside the block ( specially if your eyes are not that good)
