It is a queen with a Televator at the foot end, and power lift to access the storage under the bed.

I’m also curious as to why this hasn’t sold. Perhaps the seller could shed light as to reasons they may feel it’s sat for a while? It sure looks like a nice coach, especially with the Detroit series 60.
