Coach 1482 The bumping sound when the pocket doors opened and closed was annoying. I read up on the solutions others posted but no joy. My solution was to cut a 1" long piece of 1/2" ID vinyl hose which is 3/4" OD and stick it in the doorway near the top with double sided tape. No more bump.
I did gain access to the rear bath air valve so here is a list of photos and files showing the part numbers.

Yeah, been there. The conclusion has been that there’s no final closure dampening adjustment that one would expect as on most self-closing door mechanisms.
I’ve been using 3 two-stage cushion dots which works good enough.

That looks like the valve for dump valve.

Newell is totally vindicated! I just watched an Andrew Steele video about a fairly new Prevost and the pocket doors thumped when they closed!

yes, it is the same as the dump valves and the one for the bay freezer air slide on mine.
there are a number of threads on replacing and buying them on the forum
i had to replace mine on the door to the bedroom. fortunately it was accessible in the closet next to the door.
