Do they make an extension for these? I have not tried to unscrew the red metal portion from the floor but the 3" line under the floor is inaccessible to loosen the hose clamp. There is a bunch of water lines in the way from the manifold. What options do I have to get this raised? Tile guy did not grout this area just in case. I ordered the Dometic 320 which I believe has a 2 bolt mounting.

There are solid plastic “washers” that I have used to raise the gasket. They are a little larger than the gasket and about 1/4 inch thick. You may need a couple to compress the gasket on the commode. The 320 comes with the gasket in place. There is an up and down side to those -if you have to remove it. When you get the whole business lined up, the toilet will rock, until you tighten the nuts back down.
