Ok this is really weird to me at least, lets just say I was doing what comes natural and after sitting down I get this really warm sensation on my back side! I'm thinking ok I know Ive been working hard today but not hard enough for my back end to be this warm. What gives all of a sudden and why is there really warm water in my bowl??

In my coach the hot & cold water lines are run together in many places with no insulation between the two. This allows for heat transfer. When the cold water hasn't been run for a while I will get a burst of warm water prior to it turning cold.

I also have a heater vent right beside the toilet. We have a bidet thingie and the water line runs on the heater vent side. One winter day I got quite the surprise!
