Newells service hotline - rheavn - 05-26-2017

Since it was Friday, I had to call the emergency service hotline.  I blew a fuse as I was hooking up a vacuum pump for the bedroom slide seal, but didn't know where the fuse was located.  With the fuse blown the slide seal would not exhaust the air from the seal to move the room in.  I spoke with Newell's slide specialist, I am embarrassed to say I now forget his name, & he identified the fuse in the HWH brain box.  Replaced blown fuse & system works again.  Thank You Newell for this super customer support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
