Thanks Steve, you know I did try to use a puller I have but I could not get it to hold on to anything. I did forget that I have a hydraulic puller, I will have to try that next time. The hydraulic puller I have is rather large though so not sure its going to fit in the space I have. The other option I have used before is to wedge my bottle jack in there to push it out.
