Route a groove in the floor for the wires.

Stay away from the padded underlayment. But yes glue both underlayment and flooring.

Hmmmm. On my 95 the bolts for the seats were in the wheel wells, covered up by foam. But every Newell is different.

Thanks everyone. On my coach drivers side, there are 2 bolts in the wheel well and one in the front bay that are pretty easily accessed. But there is on in the generator compartment. I can't see I can't physically see it because of the insulation blankets that are installed in the compartment, but everything measures to it being there. Haven't looked at the passengers seat yet.
