Chester,
Kerrville is going to be hot that time of the year. Beautiful area, very nice park, but hot.

Anchor Down is good for us too.
Also for future consideration:
http://www.palmettocove.com is a great rally park with nice facilities. Lots to do in the area.
http://www.biltmore.com/estate Biltmore House & Gardens is less than 1.5 hrs away
http://victoriavalleyvineyards.com is a very nice winery a couple of miles down the road.
Not to mention the local waterfalls & hiking trails!

those look like cool places....but it is over 2000 miles from here in az. kinda makes it hard for anyone here or west of here.
i would really like to find someplace more centrally located.

We are in Las Vegas now so anywhere near here is good with us! The mountains around here are supposed to be cooler but with Summer heat over 100deg I don’t think 15deg less will be much better...
Maybe in NM somewhere?

After much thought and a discussion with a few gurus, I have asked Steve Bare if we can make the official 2018 Newell Gurus Rally one and the same as his Bella Terra No Rally Rally....
Steve will be the emcee for the rally and the official dates are Tuesday May 1, to Tuesday May 8th. though many will be there longer than that. as usual, there is no cost to attend the rally other than paying your own way at the rv park. there will be the usual tech sessions and potlucks and good old just hanging out time. thank you to steve for agreeing to host this rally.
refer to his post on making reservations. there are already 12 coaches going so this should be a great turnout. darlene and i went last year and bella terra is a fantastic location and beautiful park.
i know it is clear over on the eastern side of the USA. but hopefully many others that have not been that way can make time to attend.
i have planned the locations of rallys for quite a few years and it is a difficult task for picking a time and location.
here is the link to the rally info
