I would think it would take the higher temp and adjust charge. As it is now, the batteries furthest from the inverter got boiled twice in the past. ....Or it could cancel both sensors out and charge at full clip. I guess in my case, Magnum engineering would be the ones to have answered that question. All of their equipment has been pulled in favor of Victron stuff.
