Replacing some faulty inverters for the neon strip backlighting and a few have dimming capability. The Infinite Innovation web site did not show any dimming inverters. Any information available anyone?

Good timing Tom, I saw that inverter yesterday while looking at the place-card by the drivers seat and wandered what it was for. Now I know. Thanks.

Gordon,
I've replaced several. The ones I have replaced are in the bedroom where they are dimmable. I used the one in the link.

They are local to me. If you are not in a hurry, I can pick up what you need and bring them to the rally. Save you the shipping costs.
Note: About a year ago they redesigned the inverters and they are now a little smaller than the old ones. Work the same.

Thank you for the offer Steve, I bought a couple from the site earlier today and there was no shipping fee. What I didn't find were the connectors for the neon strips, I found the part number you posted on LCL but it did not come up on Infinite's site.
If you used the newer inverters on the dimmable style then they must be varying the input voltage. I haven't traced the wiring on the dimming units so it's only a guess.
Thanks for the link.

Here is the spec sheet from California neon which answers the dimming question.

Just finished a conversation with John Matlak of Infinite Interiors and they are not planning on replacing the California neon product because of low sales volume. He stated the California neon site will sell their new inverters and light strip in kits and the strip length is 250 feet by the color. They are not selling the different color mask to fit the strip, each strip is it's own color. The connectors are different now also.
I went to the California Neon website
http://www.californeon.com/flatlite-info.cfm and the narrowest strip is 7/16" . They do have a 12V inverter and several downloadable pdf files. I believe the 12V inverters will work in our systems because the output voltages are the same. here is a link to the dc inverters,
