I ordered 6 of the mounting plates from Danny and then ordered the following from Amazon:
Truck-Lite 4550/60 series 24-LED lights:
(6) Red:
https://a.co/d/ewdgOe4
(4) Amber:
https://a.co/d/5gKY1QB
Trying to source some white backup lights that could take the place of the reflectors…

should be what you need

Dear Adrian, Just return the mounting plates as you get around to it. My oops! Please remove one of your lights and measure from one end to the other and across the light. This is certainly one place where Newell and other coaches differ.
This may be something that will function:

In the bottom of the listing, it displays the backup light mounting grommet and connecting pigtail.
This light could be tail light/brake light iin red and the amber version could be a good turn signal.

These would mount in grommets as well.
This version below that one would retain your chrome bezel for tail, stop and turn functions.

This light would give you backup and tail lights, but it is bigger.

I'd look for a nearby Fleet Pride or similar truck parts store. Also, research Trucklite and Grote.
Let me know if I can help.

Working on some different light combinations - what do you guys think?

Dear Adrian, Ours is wired now for one LED as tail light and all three go bright for stop. Two amber for turn and one white for backup.
On the Super Bright LEDs, the black wire is red and red wire is bright red. On the two LEDs for the stop, the black wire is unused. The tail light uses all three wires. Send pictures.

I used one of the spots for a reflector. I mounted a 4x7” LED headlight for the back up light.

If you could find a relay that lights up the brake lights sequentially like a Mustang that would be a real attention getter.

Forrest that is a GREAT idea (and different)…
I found this one on EvilBay…

Danny, I took the lights out today and the brackets won’t fit (as you said) - see the pictures - just posting for posterity to help others in the future. I tried to get enough contrast on the picture to show both the existing bezel and the new trim ring for the lights but not sure you can really see it…
I ordered a relay that will make the 3 stop lights blink one at a time… :-)
